NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE ROBESON COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW
Pursuant to N.C.G. S. 105-322 The Robeson County Board of
Equalization and Review will meet as required by law.
PURPOSE OF MEETINGS
To hear upon request, any and all citizens who own or control property assessed in
Robeson County, with respect to the valuation of such property, or the property of
others and to fulfill other duties and responsibilities required by law.
TIME OF MEETINGS
Monday April 12th at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday April 27th at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose
of accepting application for appeals. If you wish to appeal your value you will have to
contact Tax Administration and file an appeal by April 27th at 9:00 a.m.
PLACE OF MEETINGS
Meetings will be in the Training/Meeting Room 2nd Floor located at the Administration
Building, 550 N. Chestnut Street, Lumberton.
In the event it is decided that the Board will adjourn earlier or later than April 27th,
2021, notice to that effect will be published.
The schedule for hearing appeals will be posted at the Office of the Tax Administrator
and will also be provided to individuals and organizations that have requested notice
pursuant to G.S. 143-318.2.
All requests for hearings shall be made in writing to the Board of Equalization and Review
or by personal appearance before the Board. Mail written request for hearing to:
